Use the complete dough weight and loaf shape. A basket’s diameter or a pan’s quart size cannot establish an ideal dough load.

The Boule Baking Shell is described for up to approximately 1,200 g of round or oval dough. Other vessels may have unknown weight guidance. Run the check to compare each product’s shape and capacity.
What “within guidance” means
Selected shape must be supported and dough weight must fall within the manufacturer’s stated range or below its stated maximum. Approximate guidance remains approximate: dough type, shape and spread can affect the fit.
A missing range returns “capacity not specified,” never a capacity calculated from volume. A proofing container’s liquid capacity is also different from a shaped-loaf weight range. Use oven fit for the equipment exterior and compare to check the remaining specifications.
